OUR STORY

Remke’s Garage was founded in 1966 by Donald and Judy Remke as a small auto repair facility. Don’s goal was a fill a niche in a small-town market, specializing in automatic transmission rebuilding and quality auto repair.

With reliable service, Remke’s Garage quickly grew into the largest facility in McHenry County. As our customer base grew, so did their requests for additional services. These requests were realized in 1991 with the founding of Remke’s Hydraulic Cylinders and Driveshafts. With state-of-the-art equipment and skilled, experienced technicians, we’re able to meet all of your needs quickly and efficiently.

Remke’s Garage is now owned by Tony and Joe Remke.
