OUR HYDRAULIC HOSES SERVICES

Hydraulic (High Pressure) Hoses

Remke’s Garage can make hoses ¼” to 2” internal diameter. Our Gates hose inventory includes hoses with 1, 2, 4 and 6 wire braids for pressures up to 6,000 psi.

  • Jack Hose: 10,000 psi hose in both ¼” and 3/8” diameter.
  • Power Wash Hose: Especially designed for hot water, high pressure applications
  • Metric Fittings: British Standard Pipe (BSPP), Japanese Cone Seat (JIS), German DIN, Specialty Mobile (Komatsu, Kobelco, JSW)

Tubing

Using Tubes n’ Hoses system, Remke’s Garage can manufacture, bend and flare tubing to carry oils and fluids. Tubes are available in sizes 3/16” outside diameter up to 1 ½” outside diameter and can handle extremely high pressures.

  • High Pressure Tubing: For construction, mobile equipment, and industrial applications.
  • Power steering and Transmission: Tube and/or Hose assemblies
  • Air Conditioning: Tube and/or Hose assemblies
